Pastor Delton Kilpatrick is a native Floridian. Brother Delton has been the Pastor at South Middleburg Baptist Church since 2012. After his honorable discharge from the United States Navy and before his calling to the ministry, he served 28 years in investigative law enforcement. Brother Delton graduated from Freedom Seminary with a degree in Bible History. He also has a degree in General Studies/Religion from Jacksonville University and a Masters Degree from Andersonville Theological Seminary in Christian Counseling. Brother Delton is a member of the National Christian Counselors Association.
It is the focus of his ministry to teach biblical concepts and guide the congregation to apply God’s Word into their daily lives. His sermons are warm, instructive, and applicable for daily Christian living. Family ties are extremely important and stressed by both the pastor and his wife, Sybil. Teachings come straight from God’s Word and adhere to the fundamental belief that God is the final authority in every church endeavor.
Pastor Delton and his wife of 52 years have two children, six grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
