Problem One: I don't have Internet access at home, but I would like to have an email account. I do have a smartphone.
Yes,you can have an email account on your smartphone, either a Android or iPhone.
Solution:Create a Google email account by watching this video. (Also note: Most YouTube
videos have advertisements prior to showing the video.)
Problem Two: There is a website that I frequent daily. My friend said there is new information on that page, but I don't see it.
Our computer browser stores webpages on our hard drive as temporary information called cache. This cache makes the pages you visited load faster the next time you visit
that page. The browser should check to see what has changed, but that does not happen all the time. Solution: There are several ways. On the top toolbar of your browser
next to the “home button” is a “clockwise circle” with a small arrow, that is the "refresh or reload button", click this to reload or refesh the page.
There are two easier ways. Using the “F5” button on your keyboard, and so will holding down the “Ctrl” (Control) button and pushing the “r” key.
